Another episode of Music Core has aired today but Jiyeon wasn't there and it seems like some fans misunderstood it. T-ara are currently preparing for their Japanese debut that's why she wasn't able to appear in today's show.
In her recent update, Jiyeon told her fans that she's okay and there's no need to worry.
